Itzia Crespo

Itzia Crespo is the Social Media Editor of Phoenix New Times where she’s worked since July 2023. In her role, Itzia oversees and creates strategies for all of New Times’ social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. Before New Times, Itzia worked for publications like Cronkite News, Bakala Foundation and The State Press. She’s also received accolades for her work including the Parley Center Education Award issued by Plural + Youth Video Festival and the Award of ExcellenceAward of Excellence issued by Broadcaster's Education Association. Both awards were for her work contributing to culture documentaries.
