Dine at the Sierra Bonita Grill and you're guaranteed to fall in love — with the Sierra Bonita Grill. Formerly the Copper Queen, it's been redesigned in a beautiful ranch-house style featuring Cherokee red flooring and brown-black wooden beams above. The food is Southwestern all the way, with many of the flavors of Oaxaca and the Yucatán. The buttermilk chicken, Azteca soup, rock shrimp cocktail, and cowboy stew are all musts. And for dessert, the Oaxacan chocolate soufflé will wow your taste buds like they've rarely been wowed.
