Valleyites of Korean descent drive from miles around to dine at this splendid shrine to Korean edibles. The menu is lengthy, with everything from tripe and short ribs for barbecuing over the gas ranges set into the teak tables to kimchi pancakes and Korean-style cold noodles. And if you feel so inclined after consuming and imbibing mass quantities, there’s a karaoke parlor next door. If spring training is in full swing, keep an eye peeled for Asian baseball players such as Ichiro Suzuki who make a beeline for Seoul Jung whenever they’re in town.
