At this all-you-can-eat churrascaria -- a traditional Brazilian steakhouse -- you’ll be dazzled by the sheer quantity of meat they pile on your plate. Leave the two-toned signal block turned green-side-up on your table, and waiters will stop by to serve you juicy, mesquite-grilled chicken, lamb, pork, turkey, and several kinds of beef. Flip it over to the red side when you need a break from the meat parade. The tri-tip and the picanha (a Brazilian top sirloin cut) are particularly good, with perfect seasoning and a nice outer crust. The price of dinner includes a buffet with hot and cold dishes as well, but meat is the main attraction here.
