After years of catering to rock and hip-hop superstars with his swank multi million-dollar Phase Four recording studio, sound guru Jon Harris decided to open up the joint as a fly night club. Located in the middle of an industrial zone near Interstate 10 in south Tempe, Phase 54 is the very definition of the word luxurious, where you too can party like Vince Neil and Jamie Foxx (both have recorded here). Several lounge, dance, and drinking areas are available, including an upstairs bar lined with shiny gold records. A slew of live bands perform during the weekends, with DJs dropping some hot hip-hop and R&B tracks. Only the coolest cats (or those with some serious scrilla) can get access to the decadent VIP area, resplendent in its opulence with a granite-encased Jacuzzi and walk-in wine cellar.
