Chef Brian Ford’s lovely neighborhood bistro — tucked amid the new developments of Anthem, which needed a nice spot like this — focuses on the same kind of local and boutique ingredients he utilized during his tenure at Quiessence. Although the menu changes, top-notch examples include Jamison Farm lamb with organic vegetable ratatouille and mint-lemon basil pesto, and Cedar River hanger steak with Parmesan pommes frites. The pan-roasted free-range chicken here is as appetizing as the cover of Gourmet, and just as delicious as it looks.
