When it comes to brewpubs in the Valley, Four Peaks is our golden standard, and not just for the excellent selection of beers brewed on the premises. This place also raises the bar on bar food, with killer fries, guilty-pleasure sandwiches, juicy burgers, and hot-out-of-the-oven soft pretzels that taste great with a cold one. The young scene is fun, too – belly up to the bar, claim a table in one of the cavernous dining rooms, with the brewing tanks in full view, or lounge out on the bustling front patio. Even if you aren’t a college student, the energy level at Four Peaks will make you feel like one.
