The BYOB policy is beautiful enough, but with AZ Wine Co. right next door, selecting the perfect grape for dinner is simplicity. The setting is casual — part of the wine store's warehouse, actually — but the food is fit for royalty. Stunning dishes include fresh trout in chile-tequila sauce; rack of lamb with grilled potatoes, apples and couscous; and ginger-cured duck with wild mushroom risotto and sautéed spinach.
