Overall:

The food here is ok, slightly overpriced for what you get. They recently moved to the promenade on scottsdale road and frank lloyd wright and unfortunatly the owner decided to hire incompetant teenagers to run his business. They made my order wrong and I politely asked them to remake it and instead of apologizing and taking responibility for their mistake they argued with me and took no action to make things better. They remade my order while rolling their eyes and made it incorrectly once again. Because of the terrible service...I WILL NOT be going back especially since Wildflower Bread Co. is right down the street on 101 and frank lloyd wright and right across the street from az bread co. is first watch which I've never had a bad experience at...great food and great service here will put az bread co out of business for sure. Don't come here if you expect quality service or food...in no way shape or form does the staff care about you or your wishes. I've been to fast food joints that treat their customers better than this place does.

Overall:

My wife and I eat breakfast out every morning during the week. We decided to try this AZ Bread Co just for a change. What a mistake that was!!! Yes you can screw up a simple breakfast. The multigrain pancakes were nothing like ones we had ever tasted. They were flat and greasy and definitely not multigrain. A custom made omelet turned out to be a disaster. It was eggs folded over strips of bacon. We ordered a bacon, avacado, and cheese. The omelet had no avacado and very little cheese. Not even the brewed ice tea was right. It tasted disgusting. The manager did not even offer to make things right or refund our money after we informed him we were leaving to go to "First Watch" to get a real breakfast. Looks like "First Watch" across from this "AZ Bread Co" has noting to fear of their competiton, because after our experience there is none. Diner beware of this one.
