You don't find much Mexican seafood in Scottsdale, but Acapulco Bay admirably fills the niche. The ceviche and fried calamari are top-notch munchies. If you’re famished, a platter of mojarra, or whole tilapia, should cure what ails ya. And the pulpo or camarones in a fiery red diabla sauce will make you weep tangy tears of joy. Great chips and salsa, too, the latter served in a little molcajete.
